Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 100cuxi. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. 100cuxi reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Failure to submit the requested verification documents may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials secure. 100cuxi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the disclosure of your login details to a third party. As a 100cuxi platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The following are the key responsibilities you must observe:
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
All transactions on the 100cuxi platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum limits and internal verification processes, which may require some time to complete.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed once a user's account has been fully verified. 100cuxi reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and internal verification procedures.
100cuxi reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or any activity that breaches the platform's terms of use. In such cases, we may be required to report to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from their use of the platform and any winnings obtained, in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia or their country of residence. 100cuxi does not provide financial or tax advice.
100cuxi is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties.
All content, logos, designs, software, and materials on the 100cuxi platform are the exclusive property of 100cuxi or its relevant licensors and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 100cuxi.
The 100cuxi platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 100cuxi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
100cuxi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or any action that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending an internal investigation.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 100cuxi support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to completion of identity verification.
100cuxi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the 100cuxi platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
